Everything at Woolsquare is crocheted by hand and made to order, so here is what to expect once you have placed your order.
Where I ship
I ship anywhere in Pakistan. Your order is sent by courier to the address you give me when you place your order.
How long it takes
Because each piece is made fresh for you, timing depends on the piece. Most orders are ready in 2 days to about a week, and then posted out to you. If you need something by a certain date, tell me when you message and I will let you know if it is possible.
Delivery cost
Delivery is a flat Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan, and it is free on orders over Rs 3,500. Your parcel is sent by courier, and the total is always confirmed with you before you pay.
Payment
Payment is in advance, by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. I begin your order once your payment comes through.
If something isn’t right
Every order is handmade just for you, so please check it as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or not as we agreed, message me straight away and we will make it right, whether that is a fix or a replacement. As pieces are made to order in your chosen colours, I am not able to accept change-of-mind returns, but I always want you to be happy with your order, so please do reach out.
