Woolsquare is a small handmade crochet business. This page explains what information I collect when you order or get in touch, and how I use it. By ordering from Woolsquare you agree to this.
What I collect
When you message me to place an order, I collect only what I need to make and send your order. That usually means your name, delivery address, phone number and the details of your order. I receive this through Instagram or whichever way you message me.
How I use it
I use your information only to make your order, arrange delivery, take payment and reply to you. I do not sell your information to anyone.
Who I share it with
I share your name, address and phone number with the courier, only so your order can be delivered to you. Payments are made directly to me by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, so I do not store your card details.
Instagram and ads
I use Instagram to show my work, chat with customers and sometimes run ads. When you visit Instagram or click an ad, Instagram and Meta handle your data under their own privacy policies.
This website
This site is a simple catalogue of my work. It does not ask you to create an account or enter payment details. Like most websites it may use basic cookies to work properly.
Keeping your information
I keep order details only as long as I need them to run my little business and sort out any questions about your order.
