Everything is made by hand to order, so it depends on the piece. Most are ready in 2 days to about a week, then posted out to you.
Payment is in advance, by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Each piece is handmade and takes real time and care, so I begin your order the moment your payment comes through.

Hand wash gently in cool water with a little mild soap. Press the water out softly without wringing, reshape it, and let it air dry flat. Kept somewhere dry, it will stay lovely for a long time.
