How long does an order take?

Everything is made by hand to order, so it depends on the piece. Most are ready in 2 days to about a week, then posted out to you.

How do I pay?

Payment is in advance, by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Each piece is handmade and takes real time and care, so I begin your order the moment your payment comes through.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is Rs 300, and it is free on orders over Rs 3,500.

Can I choose my own colours?

Yes. Everything is made in the colours you like, and you are welcome to bring your own design too.

Can you make a custom piece?

Yes. Send me your idea or a photo and I will make it for you.

Do you take bulk or event orders?

Yes, depending on how busy I am. Message me with what you need and your date, and I will let you know.

What if I need to return something?

Returns can be accepted. If something is not right, message me and we will sort it out.

How do I look after my crochet piece?

Hand wash gently in cool water with a little mild soap. Press the water out softly without wringing, reshape it, and let it air dry flat. Kept somewhere dry, it will stay lovely for a long time.
